Privacy and legal notice

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This page is run by Anna Salvato Erb, trading as Veg Corner. NIE: X2185945W. Address: [COMPLETAR business or postal address]. Email: hello@veg-corner.com.

What I collect

When you save your seat: your first name, your email, and, only if you choose to write it, your answer to the question on the form. If you tick the box, I also record that you want my letters.

Why

To send you the link to the masterclass, a reminder and the replay. That is what you asked for when you registered. If you ticked the box, I'll also send you letters about What the Witches Knew and life at Veg Corner, and you can unsubscribe from any of them with one click.

Your answer to the question is read only by me, to prepare the evening. It is never shared.

Who else handles it

This page is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Your form goes straight from your browser to Wix.com, which stores your details and sends my emails on my behalf. Both work under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the page opens.

How long I keep it

I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how I use them, by writing to hello@veg-corner.com. If you feel I haven't answered properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
